Shipping and Delivery
How it works
Orders placed before 5pm Monday - Friday will be organised to be sent the same day. Orders after 5pm will be organised to be send the following day. Orders placed after 5pm on a Friday will be organised to be sent the following Monday.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns & Refunds
Returns can be organised within 21 days of your original purchase. All items must be in their original new and sealed condition; including any closed seals on some items.
Refunds will be processed once the items have been received and checked to see if they are eligible for a refund.
Sale items cannot be refunded / exchanged.
Items that cannot be refunded are any perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable software/items and any health or personal care items.
We do not accept any products that could be of danger such as flammable products or liquids, sanitary items and hazardous materials.
Some products may only be eligible for a partial refund if approved.
No refunds will be given after the 21 day period of original purchase.
Once your item has been received we will notify you if you are eligible for a refund and you will be refunded via the original purchase method.
Refunds may take a few days to process but all customers will be notified when their refund is completed from PTCG.
We can only exchange items if they are defective. Please contact us incase this happens and we will try and sort out a same-item exchange for you.
