We offer a 14 day return policy. Anything purchased within 14 days of the original receipt date can be sent back to us in its original sealed, condition. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted after the 14 day period.

Refunds will be given back to you via the original payment method.

Refunds via PayPal generally are received back to customers in the same day. Refunds via Stripe card payments may show as a reversal on your bank account or can take up to 5 - 7 days for the funds to reappear depending on your back

Postage costs of items that are sent back to us will have to be covered by the buyer as we are not able to offer free returns at the moment. Please consider using a Royal Mail signed for or tracked service for returns so we can confirm the return of item(s) back to us. Once your item(s) have been received, we will authorise if a refund can be processed back to you

There are some items that cannot be returned back to us and this is including but not limited to: single cards/graded cards, perishable goods, gift cards and downloadable software. Any item that has been opened or had the original seal removed cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please do not include any prohibited items in your return package such as (but not limited to): flammable goods, liquids and hazardous materials. This to ensure the safety of our team.


Some products may only be eligible for a partial refund.

We can offer exchanges where we can for defective items only. Be assured that no defective items will be sent out from us.
